"Dear Myotherapy Health - Some feedback on your work on me. At the time of treatment my lower back and glutes felt a lot more relaxed and I had more energy/strength, particularly in my legs. The car trip back home on Monday was far more pleasant with almost no sacral pain from sitting for long periods, and as an added bonus, the night-time leg cramps are now not happening. This leads me to think that by the treatment that increased blood flow and clearing muscle by-products, the cause of the cramps has been addressed.
